Showroom Appointments
To keep our customers and staff safe we have introduced a few rules into the showroom
Please read these before booking an appointment.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO CURRENT LOCKDOWN RESTRICTIONS ACCESS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ESSENTIAL APPOINTMENTS*
Please do not book an appointment if it is not for essential building work, installation or maintenance work.
We can help you pick tiles via email, Instagram, Facebook etc and arrange samples, orders and deliveries this way.
*We ask that where possible, only two people attend appointments.
*Please keep a distance of 2 metres from our staff and other customers at all times.
*If possible, please come without children. If this is not possible keep them with you at all times. The children's area is currently closed for their safety.
*We have hand sanitiser at the door, please use this upon entering and leaving.
*All customers are required to wear a mask unless a medical condition prevents you from doing so. Please ensure that your mask is being worn correctly.
*If you or a member of your household is unwell please do not attend your appointment. Let us know and we can re-arrange your appointment or organise for contactless collection of samples and email you quotes, photographs etc.
Please ensure you let us know the reason for your appointment. If this section is not completed your appointment may be cancelled.
If you are buying a house as part of a new development please leave your development name and site number.
